From Family-Friendly Cafes to Cutting Edge Clubs, Tadcaster Hospitality Concepts Keep You in Mind.

Tadcaster Hospitality is an umbrella brand for unique restaurants, bars, and clubs in Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. Despite being a relatively young company, there are six Tadcaster Hospitality concepts in Singapore, with our seventh (and second Cafe Melba) opening at Mediaopolis on 9 May 2016. Check out more of the Tadcaster story here.

Vibrant

Each of our concepts offers something entirely unique from our other venues. We don't like carbon copies, we like dynamic alternatives. Even though elements stay the same, the vibe always changes.

Family-Friendly

We take special consideration when building places like Cafe Melba, so you can completely relax (and the little ones can burn energy!) amid open, green space.

Warm Design and Exceptional Service

The Exchange is located in a modern 5,000 sq. foot brasserie within the award-winning Asia Square. Both spacious and intimate, this multi-layered concept is the place to go for everything from lunch meetings to Singapore's best Ladies Night.

Always humming with a convivial atmosphere, this centrally located bar and restaurant provides a fresh, holistic and fully integrated day to night experience, with service a cut above the rest.

A Tranquil, Family-Friendly Cafe in the East

Located in the lush surroundings of Goodman Arts Centre, this 120-seater cafe is the ideal setting for an escape from the hectic city. Café Melba at Goodman Arts Centre is a blend of influences from Melbourne (MELB) and Asia (A) with interpretations of Australasian dishes.

With gourmet coffee, delicious wood-fired pizzas, and fresh brunch essentials like Eggs Benedict, Cafe Melba at Goodman Arts Centre hits the spot every time. Pair that with live music on Fridays, and a bouncy castle for kids on weekends, and Melba's got you covered for a relaxing experience any day of the week.

An East Side Gem Comes to the West

Cafe Melba at Mediapolis is our second Cafe Melba in Singapore and opened on 9 May 2016. Of course, all the favourites from Cafe Melba at Goodman Arts Centre have been carried over - including space for the little ones to run around, chilled-out vibes, delicious coffee and great Australasian eats!

Serving Up Classic Irish Fare, Pints, and Craic Since 1995

Molly Malone's Irish Pub & Brasserie was the first Irish pub to open in Singapore, and 20 years later, it still boasts that same "home away from home" atmosphere. With exceptional live music almost every day of the week, Molly's is the place to go to lift your spirits.

Savour renown signature dishes like Molly's famous golden brown fish and chips, Irish lamb stew and cottage pie in the downstairs bar, upstairs in the dining area and sports lounge, or al fresco in the beer garden.

Hard Day at Work? Have a Beer.

Sitting at the corner of Pekin Street and Cross Street at the heart of Singapore's Chinatown district, the recently renovated Bull and Bear can be best described as a modern, inner-city chill-out bar. Bull and Bear has both indoor and outdoor seating, a pool table, and plenty of big-screen televisions to catch all the live sports you can take.

An Unpretentious Waterfront Bar

BQ Bar sits along the water in the middle of Boat Quay and offers a relaxing atmosphere for a quick bite on the go, after work drinks or an upbeat night out. With Dharma's Kebabs serving up delicious naan pizzas and kebabs fresh out of the tandoor oven, and plenty of live sport, it's a solid go-to for everything from meetings to those nights where you just need to tear up the dance floor.
